Our lead work includes lead bay roofs with folded seems or mop stick, Lead porches, flashings, valleys and dormer sides etc.

Chimneys

If chimneys are not maintained they can deteriorate rapidly causing water ingress. JMS is proficient in all works regarding chimneys from complete removal and re-builds to rendering, pointing and lead flagship. If the concrete benching around the pots of flue is deteriorated it is important that this be replaced before damage is caused to the brickwork and subsequently the flashings below.
